The U.S. Supreme Court has given thumbs up for a category motion antitrust lawsuit to proceed in opposition to Apple for alleged monopolistic practices at its App Store. In the case, Apple Inc. v. Pepper et al., the patron plaintiffs keep the corporate has monopolized the retail marketplace for the sale of apps, and that it used its place to cost higher-than-competitive costs for the software program it sells in its App Store.
